Sage CRM’s reporting engine and document creation functions are strong, but some projects require very specific reports or forms that go beyond the ability of those default functions. When these situations arise, we create the necessary documents using Crystal Reports in conjunction with a third-party utility called Crystal Manager. These tools allow us to create complex, easy-to-launch reports that can be formatted however the client wants. Below is a 90-second video overview.
